Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to serve children at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring is a plus
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to positive, student-centered outcomes

What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans designed to help students achieve their greatest potential
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
• Work in partnership with teachers, families, and other specialists to support generalization of skills across school environments
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Adapt to the unique needs of each school and classroom environment you serve
