Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation for K-12 students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Regularly document services and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
