Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Opportunity
Location: Near Springfield
School Year: New School Year
Schedule: Full-Time | Full School Year
A supportive and student-focused school district near Springfield, Massachusetts is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming new school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will help students build essential communication skills for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
