What Were Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Clinical experience or strong enthusiasm for working with K-12 populations
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy in a school environment
• Solid collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Organizational excellence and time management to juggle caseloads and documentation efficiently
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery (if needed)

What Youll Do:

• Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
• Perform screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify students requiring intervention
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions
• Serve as a valued resource for faculty and parents, providing training and guidance as needed
