Job Description

Step into a dynamic educational setting as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite and support students communication needs in a diverse school environment. Youll play a vital part in helping students access their education, making a lasting impact from August through June on a full-time schedule.

Youll thrive here if you:

  • Hold a valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (must provide a screenshot of your active license)
  • Possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Bring experience in school-based speech and language services, ideally in bilingual settings
  • Are familiar with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability with your own transportation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conducting comprehensive bilingual evaluations and documenting progress
  • Collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintaining compliance with district and state regulations regarding therapy and record-keeping
  • Adhering to school procedures including timely notification of absences and following all compliance requirements

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to complete a background check, CORI, fingerprinting, and drug screen
  • Willingness to work onsite during standard school hours
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
