Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current and active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required
  • Experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations, with an emphasis on educational settings
  • Robust knowledge of communication disorders, assessment tools, and treatment strategies for K-12 students
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders across a K-12 caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in an educational environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to promote students academic and social success
  • Maintain up-to-date records, document interventions, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere that empowers student growth

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday, delivering services within a dynamic school community.
