Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience with pediatric populations in a school-based setting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in K-12 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student learning and development
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to building a positive school climate
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
