Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and social/pragmatic goals
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and prepare thorough reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support students in the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, engaging as a knowledgeable team member and advocate
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services as required
