Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, both in-person and as needed in virtual formats
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Document progress, prepare evaluations, and maintain confidential records according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Provide resources and recommendations to teachers and caregivers for supporting communication development
