• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active licensure as an SLP in the state of Texas or eligible for Texas licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Able to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development as required
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
