Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid and current state licensure/certification as an SLP
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, Medicaid billing, and IDEA regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, or high school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, teachers, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear data and recommendations
• Offer staff and parent training as needed to reinforce communication strategies outside the therapy setting
