Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based SLP settings strongly desired
• Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Familiarity with ARD meeting processes and completion of speech-language evaluations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise SLPAs in designated campuses
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
• Facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings to tailor effective services
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with district procedures
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• No direct therapy sessions required in this role
