Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving primary and elementary campuses in a thriving educational community near Spring, TX. In this rewarding onsite position, your expertise will directly impact students and support their communication and academic growth during the 20262027 school year.

Your primary focus will be on evaluation and support, without a therapy caseload, allowing you to nurture clinical quality and guide developing professionals. You will supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, and play a pivotal role in the facilitation of ARD meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP license (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology required)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Previous experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Confident facilitation of ARD meetings
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor SLPAs on campus
• Conduct speech-language evaluations for primary and elementary students
• Manage and document all evaluation processes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Lead, coordinate, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
• Maintain collaborative relationships with campus staff, administration, and families
