What Were Looking For:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
  • Strong background working in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Willingness and capability to supervise support personnel if CCCs are held
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to work at a single school primarily, with occasional support at a second location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a caseload of approximately 60 students, delivering high-quality services across a variety of elementary and primary school campuses
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement therapy tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress and successful outcomes
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
  • Provide supervision and coaching to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if qualified
  • Travel between campuses as needed while maintaining continuity of care
