Qualifications & Experience:

• Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• SLP-CCC credentials required
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Openness to travel-based assignments
• Strong understanding of student-centered therapy practices
• Comfortable working with varied caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school
• Commitment to fully onsite work (no remote/voco options available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer expertise and guidance within multidisciplinary teams

Assignment Details & Schedule:

• Full-time, contract position from August 2025 to May 2027
• Standard workweek: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload assignments across elementary, middle, and high school based on district needs
