Job Description

This contract opportunity is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about enriching the lives of K12 learners. Full-time availability is required, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. While the primary caseload is K12, flexibility existsif you have a specific age group preference, be sure to mention it during the application process.

Both seasoned SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Youll play an essential role in helping students overcome communication challenges, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and empower families.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligible Clinical Fellow
  • Active state license (or eligibility)
  • Experience with school-based caseloads is beneficial
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work with students of various ages and needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Serve as a resource to students, teachers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
