Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in schools by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time contract assignment. This opportunity covers a K-12 student population, with specific caseload details to be provided. Start as soon as possible and continue through June 4th, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The position serves districts in and around the Ellettsville, Bloomington, Martinsville, and Mooresville areas.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Indiana SLP license (with Certificate of Clinical Competence [CCC] or Clinical Fellowship Year [CFY] eligibility)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both students and staff
  • Adaptable, organized, and committed to student success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Write and maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and IEP documentation as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student growth
  • Participate in virtual interviews via Zoom as part of the hiring process
  • Complete all district onboarding steps, including fingerprinting, prior to your start date
