Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Prior background in school-based SLP a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support and guidance to school staff and parents
