Location: Spartanburg, SC (Travel assignment)
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
- Provide consultative support and training to staff and families to reinforce communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different school locations within the Spartanburg area
