Step into a dynamic school-based setting as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade during the entire 2025-2026 academic year. This contract opportunity is based onsite and offers full-time hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact within an educational community near Spartanburg, SC.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of South Carolina
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations within a school context
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Ability to provide speech therapy services for a diverse caseload covering a range of ages and needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records and adhere to all federal and state guidelines for documentation and service provision
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions as required by the school
