Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support each students academic journey
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adapt therapeutic techniques for diverse student populations
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment through support and advocacy
