Key Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada SLP license is required
• Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to different school environments and grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to caseloads spanning elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized student goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations and district guidelines
• Offer consultation and direct support to teachers and caregivers to enhance carryover of therapy strategies in class and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities as needed
