This setting is seeking multiple SLPs for full-time, onsite work in the upcoming school year (SeptemberJune, 37.5 hours/week). Caseloads are manageable and do not exceed 50 students. As a valued team member, youll have the opportunity to work autonomously, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and make a measurable impact in students daily lives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Washington SLP License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY (Certificate of Clinical Competence/Fellowship Year); all experience levels welcome
- Experience with K12 populations is a plus
- Ability to pass required fingerprint/background checks prior to the start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for a diverse caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs; deliver direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student needs
- Maintain meticulous documentation for compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with educational teams, administrators, and families
- Provide consultation and staff support to foster inclusive learning environments
- Manage schedules, meetings, and caseload priorities independently
