Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP license
• ESA certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
• Experience with school-aged populations (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments/evaluations for students preschool12th grade
• Administer standardized and informal measures for special education eligibility
• Develop and implement IEPs; provide direct/indirect services in articulation, language, voice, and social communication
• Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, progress reports, Medicaid billing, and service logs
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, WAC, and school district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, school psychologists, and families
• Provide staff consultations, resources, and professional development
• Manage caseloads across multiple sites/grades (maximum 50 students)
