Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license
- ESA certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience with school-aged populations (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments/evaluations for students preschool12th grade
- Administer standardized and informal measures for special education eligibility
- Develop and implement IEPs; provide direct/indirect services in articulation, language, voice, and social communication
- Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, progress reports, Medicaid billing, and service logs
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, WAC, and school district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, school psychologists, and families
- Provide staff consultations, resources, and professional development
- Manage caseloads across multiple sites/grades (maximum 50 students)
