What were looking for:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility
  • Experience working in pediatrics or school-based settings
  • Skills in assessment, intervention, and therapy planning
  • Familiarity with Early Childhood, Elementary (K5), Middle School (68), and High School (912) age groups
  • Ability to design engaging individual and group sessions
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Collaborative, flexible, and eager to work with a multidisciplinary team

What youll be doing:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in various grade levels
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Monitor and document each students development and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape appropriate goals
  • Serve as a resource for staff in supporting inclusive classroom environments
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and compliance requirements for school-based therapy
