A full-time, contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve in a California school setting located in Soledad. This role offers a rewarding chance to support a diverse caseload of pediatric students and contribute to their communication development within the school environment.

Key Details:

• Position Type: Contract
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 45-50 students spanning multiple age groups

• Supervision: Support available through paraprofessionals and related staff as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License required
• Experience working in pediatric settings, preferably school-based
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly preferred, with credentials such as SLP-CCC considered a plus
• Strong skills in pediatric speech therapy, including experience in diverse school environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders among school-age children
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in remote panel interviews as part of the hiring process
