- A current MD SLP License
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Familiarity with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in adolescent populations

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administering assessments and documenting student progress
- Consulting with teachers and staff to support a collaborative environment
- Participating in meetings and providing recommendations to educational teams
- Engaging with guardians to foster student growth and success
