Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and current Delaware SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligible for CFY supervision
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles
  • Strong commitment to supporting early childhood and elementary student populations
  • Comfortable and effective working in a remote therapy setting
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized speech and language services remotely to students with diverse needs
  • Evaluate and assess student speech and language abilities, and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive educational environments
  • Accurately maintain progress notes, reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide timely updates to administrators and participate in virtual team meetings
