Job Description

Two full-time contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about pediatric therapy and making a difference every day. Key Qualifications:

  • Current South Carolina SLP license required
  • South Carolina Teaching Certification required
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in an educational setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and school requirements
  • Assess and identify speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding students needs
  • Provide direct intervention and consultative services as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
