Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Experience in school settings is a plus but not mandatory
  • Interest in helping students thrive academically and personally in a school-based setting
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with CCC credentials
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with teletherapy modalities and traditional face-to-face interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy to a small caseload of 915 students at a single school site
  • Collaborate with and support a full-time on-site SLP, including participating in team meetings
  • Plan and implement interventions that foster communication development and social participation
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with all district and state requirements
  • Benefit from paid indirect time and receive consistent supervision and mentorship
  • Commitment is 15 hours per week across 2 days, from August 11, 2026, through May 17, 2027
