Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (or in process)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
• Proficiency in administering assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to individualized student needs

What Youll Do:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support overall student success
• Maintain accurate session records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and input as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
• Stay current with continuing education and best practices in speech-language pathology
