Key Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina SLP License
- South Carolina Teaching Certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Familiarity with AAC devices is highly valued
- Commitment to excellence in communication and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Flexibility to provide support in either a full-time or part-time capacity, depending on program needs
- Serve as a resource for AAC integration in the classroom, when applicable
