Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings, working with diverse student populations (K-12) ideal
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and execute individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, sessions, and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making
  • Provide consultation and resources to educators and caregivers regarding students communication needs
