Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY also considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to each students needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support academic achievement and social-emotional well-being
• Provide consultation and resources to school staff for integrating communication strategies in the classroom
