Job Description

Step into a dynamic environment supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers 35 hours per week and focuses on providing individualized speech therapy services that help young learners reach their full potential.

Your expertise in school-based speech services will be essential in assessing students, developing intervention plans, and implementing strategies that foster communication growth. You'll collaborate with a dedicated educational team, serving as a key advocate for childrens speech and language development in a nurturing, elementary setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California SLP License and CA CTC required
  • Proficiency in pediatrics, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings
  • ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and create individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students, adapting methods for diverse needs
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student outcomes
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives related to speech and language services
