Job Description

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist license or CA CTC credential
  • CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Strong background in pediatric speech therapy
  • Experience with school-based caseloads or healthcare SLP environments
  • Teletherapy experience advantageous
  • Commitment to individualized support for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to PreK-12 students across a variety of needs and abilities
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging therapy via teletherapy and in-person sessions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to ensure whole-child support
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and comply with all state and local requirements
  • Caseload sizes provided upon placement, tailored to ensure quality intervention
