Job Description

Youll provide direct SLP services within a welcoming elementary school environment, working alongside educators and families to craft individualized interventions that inspire confidence and growth in young learners.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold (or be eligible to obtain) an Oregon SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), SLP-CFY, or relevant school-based SLP experience
  • Skilled in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiar with IEP processes
  • Passion for working with children in educational settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students onsite
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
  • Document progress, adjust interventions, and provide ongoing support throughout the school year
