Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for qualified Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a fulfilling contract role for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. With five openings, this onsite role offers the chance to work within diverse PreK12 settings near Silverton, OR. Assignment to specific caseloads will carefully consider your individual strengths, providing an engaging professional environment every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Create, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Evaluate students to diagnose speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Proactively consult with teachers and parents to support educational success and social interaction
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as assigned in various age groups from PreK through 12th grade

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a school-based setting and collaborate with educational staff and families
  • Commitment to onsite work throughout the school year
