Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support schools in Silverton, OR for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role provides a full-time schedule with a focus on delivering essential speech-language services in a PreK-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, managing caseloads of approximately 50.
  • Deliver interventions and support tailored to individual student needs across a broad age range.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to enhance student outcomes.
  • Remain onsite to provide consistent and effective services during school hours.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid SLP license or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Ability to adapt caseload assignments based on team strengths.

Details:

  • Five open SLP positions available.
  • 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar.
  • Caseload assignments will be tailored according to staff strengths and student needs.
  • Onsite presence is required for the duration of the contract.
