Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP for schools
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEP goals
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups tailored to each students needs
• Maintain clear documentation and timely progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate and empower parents and staff through resources and best practices
