Qualifications:

• Maryland SLP license required
• CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
• Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Open to working onsiteremote options not available at this time
• Ability to provide service at multiple district locations (candidate home zip code required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language intervention, assessment, and therapy to students as determined by IEPs and district needs
• Complete accurate documentation of services, progress, and communication with families and staff
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers, administrators, and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings, assisting with goal development and progress monitoring
• Adapt therapy strategies and materials for diverse student populations and needs
