This full-time contract opportunity involves working with a caseload of 3040 students. You'll have the chance to develop creative, individualized therapy plans, provide direct intervention, and collaborate with teachers and families to foster students academic and social success.

What were looking for:

• Current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
• NPI number for Medicaid billing
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology within a school environment
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in working with early elementary through middle school-aged children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset and readiness to work with a multidisciplinary team

What youll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students
• Document student progress and communicate updates with parents and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource on communication strategies
• Support staff and provide in-services as appropriate
