Job Description

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLP license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience working with K-12 student populations a plus
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with educational teams, parents, and caregivers

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input as a valued team member
  • Support educators with strategies to foster speech and language growth in the classroom
