A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students across K-12 caseloads in a school setting located in Siasconset, MA. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules to accommodate varied availability and professional goals.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Ability to manage caseloads including assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within an educational team
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language evaluations and therapy to students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services delivered and student performance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student learning support
