What You'll Bring:

• Valid Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based experience, preferably at various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students within elementary, middle, and high schools
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective communication strategies and classroom accommodations
• Provide direct therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
• Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize growth and achievement
• Educate staff and parents on communication challenges and available resources
