Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or pending Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience within a school setting and with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and other support staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based interventions and individualized student care

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnoses, and direct therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate student needs and goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Foster a welcoming and supportive learning atmosphere in both group and one-on-one settings
