Job Description
Step into an impactful role supporting students communication and language development for the 2026-2027 school year. Full-time contract openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists who are dedicated to helping children reach their academic and social potential.
This opportunity is based near Dallas, OR, and offers a chance to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families in a dynamic school setting. Youll be supported by a professional network and have access to comprehensive resources.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Current Oregon SLP license (required)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP process and special education services
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy to students with speech/language disorders
- Collaborating closely with teachers, special educators, and family members
- Progress monitoring and accurate record-keeping
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
