Key Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
• Experience serving in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress, and communication with parents and educational staff
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable input as a member of the student support team
• Adapt services for both group and individual sessions as needed, based on caseload requirements
