Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license from the state of California
- Clinical Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or genuine interest in working within school settings, including Pre-K through middle school
- Proficiency in pediatric speech-language assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Strong skills in teletherapy or willingness to learn virtual service platforms
- Ability to travel between 34 local school sites as needed
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized therapy plans for a diverse student caseload
- Deliver speech and language services both in-person and virtually to Pre-K8th grade students
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student progress
- Engage in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where every student thrives
