Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license from the state of California
• Clinical Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or genuine interest in working within school settings, including Pre-K through middle school
• Proficiency in pediatric speech-language assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Strong skills in teletherapy or willingness to learn virtual service platforms
• Ability to travel between 34 local school sites as needed
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized therapy plans for a diverse student caseload
• Deliver speech and language services both in-person and virtually to Pre-K8th grade students
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student progress
• Engage in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where every student thrives
