- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Ability to design creative, individualized treatment plans
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and maintaining accurate documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child
- Work closely with educators and families to support students academic and social growth
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal outcomes
- Provide support and education to school staff regarding best practices in communication and language development
