Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience supporting pediatric populations, from Pre-K through Grade 12
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices in assessment and intervention
  • Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and therapeutic services to students with speech and language needs in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Develop and manage IEPs, ensuring compliance and goal progress for caseloads that may include PreK, Kindergarten, and Grades K12
  • Collaborate with educational teams and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Offer direct intervention and consultation to foster students academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Deliver services individually and in groups, adjusting strategies to ensure student growth
