Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with children in early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Familiarity with diverse populations and ability to adapt interventions by age group
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
• Knowledge of IEP process and experience in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech and language needs across various age groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students academic and social development
• Develop, maintain, and monitor IEPs and progress reports for assigned students
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapy strategies tailored to each childs needs
• Offer consultation and resources to families and educational staff
