Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington SLP license and ESA certification are required
• Demonstrated skills in pediatric speech and language evaluation and intervention
• Experience serving school-aged students, from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Preferred experience or familiarity with teletherapy services
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
• Maintain all required documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
• Adapt therapy techniques for classroom, teletherapy, and small-group environments
