Job Description

Experience an engaging contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a well-established school setting. As part of a collaborative team, youll help empower children to reach their communication goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Bring your expertise and passion for pediatric speech-language pathology to this onsite role, working 37.5 hours per week through the new school year. Youll manage a caseload across varied age groups (to be determined), providing valuable assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students in need of speech and language support.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy settings is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered service

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, families, and staff
  • Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and peer learning

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
