Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Commitment to building a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students (individually and in small groups)
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Educate and consult with staff and parents about communication disorders and interventions
