Job Description

What you'll need for success:

  • Active Texas SLP license
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based interventions
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Skilled in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and implementing evidence-based therapy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Open to SLPs at any experience level, including those needing supervision for CFY

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in an educational setting
  • Conduct thorough assessments and help develop individualized education plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate student records and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and provide training as needed
